消費者告台灣艾瑪公司(案號：101年度豐小字第179號)，消費者勝訴。內容關於七天鑑賞期問題，因為公司一直逃避責任，所以消費者就告上法院，讓艾瑪公司要不到錢。請廣大的消費者參考一下。

請台灣艾瑪公司人員要有道德及法律常識，消費者已經有解除契約的意思表示，就應該協助處理，不要只為了追求利潤而不擇手段，因為台灣艾瑪公司因為七日鑑賞期被法官判敗訴了，希望不要再重蹈覆轍。

台灣艾瑪敗訴(101年度豐小字第179號判決)

消費者會勝訴，是因為收到貨品後有在七天內向公司及業務人員表明要退貨，但請廣大消費者小心，因為一定要留有證據或自己要錄音，因為台灣艾瑪人員會否認喔。
