標題[問題] 未滿帳單週期解約

想請問一下 目前是用台哥大的169 因為準備要登入國軍online已換到傳統手機所以想退租 帳單週期是 28-27 然後有看一下 這期的未出帳 (10/28-11/5) 使用60MB 如果不考慮違約金的情況 只看這個周期的費用 因為 是249減免80 所以本來249方案是500MB 如果我明天去解約的話 這個周期的費用要怎麼計算呢 是用169下去算還是249下去算 今天打電話問客服 客服說他們只看的到違約金 沒辦法幫我這樣算 叫我去門市一趟 去門市 人員聽到我要辦解約 臉都垮了 連算都沒算 跟我說建議是滿週期再解約比較好 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 36.224.50.13 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/MobileComm/M.1415270957.A.518.html
