警方礦大臨檢　查出菜販持槍

台北市警方今天表示，保安警察大隊第一中隊今晨在新生北、錦州街口實施臨檢，發現駕駛黃姓男子神情慌張，攔下盤查，發現黃男身上之包包內查獲一把貝瑞塔改造手槍一支、彈匣一個、子彈20發，全案依法違反槍砲彈及刀械制條例移送偵辦。

黃男說，他在菜市場從事拖菜小販之工作，槍枝是十幾年前以5萬元代價向位綽號「阿開」的男子購買，其中曾4次到新北市泰山區山上試射，但沒傷害過人。
