(中央社記者張榮祥台南12日電)曾遭擄人勒贖集團下手綁架未果的鄭姓當鋪老板，疑因經
營地下錢莊，指揮角頭暴力討債，被台南警方逮獲，依法送辦。

台南市警局第一分局今天指出，鄭男在台南經營當鋪集團，實際上卻是以地下錢莊放款，
10天一期利息100分至150分，再指揮鄭姓角頭率領小弟暴力討債。
