為配合過年時節氣氛及意象，台南市府農業局所屬小新營苗圃，培育草花一串紅、矮牽牛、千日紅及萬壽菊等，提供各機關、學校、公益團體、里辦公處及社區團體等單位申請，栽植於市公有土地或公共空間，即日起接受申請。

農業局表示，今年度草花配撥，將以國曆及農曆年前分為2階段進行，第1階段配撥時間為即日起至103年12月15日止，苗圃領苗時間為每周星期二及星期四，預計配撥數量計32500株。

農業局表示，第2批配撥時間預計於104年1月5日至2月5日止，請各該申請單位注意配撥期限及領苗時間，相關申請表單可至農業局網站申請，希望藉此讓市民共同迎接花團錦簇的新年，數量有限，配完為止。
