前天在expansys tw訂了LTE版的Z Ultra(C6833) 花了大約台幣8800元今天收到貨品打開發現： 1、手機外盒包裝沒有封條。 2、Z Ultra正反面貼的原廠簡易保護貼充滿泡泡而且是貼歪的... 撕開保護貼發現螢幕有棉屑、小部分油汙感覺好像是人家用過退貨的??!! 請問以上問題是正常的嗎? 這樣建議退換貨嗎? 請問有在expansys tw買過手機的前輩可以分享一下經驗嗎?
