興大與國產署共同打造文創、小農新聚落！

國立教育廣播電台 – 

國立中興大學與財政部國有財產署本周六（15）日上午將舉辦合作簽約儀式，雙方將共同修繕審計新村西側舊建築與綠化巷弄，引進在地文創工作室與特色小農，打造極具特色的青年微型創業及小農市集新聚落。

審計新村位於台中市西區向上國中北側，為前省府辦公廳舍，凍省之後移撥財政部國有財產署，閒置至今十餘年，多年來為附近居民憂心的治安死角。去年11月起，中興大學在審計新村推動「夢想集氣，老屋翻新」活化行動，開辦「小蝸牛市集」，每月邀集在地文創者與小農到此擺攤，為荒廢已久的閒置空間注入新活力。
