露天買防水手機真的要當心，遇到這種不知道能不能算詐欺...

最近因為中華續約全能平板方案想說順便買一隻支援4g的手機來用
上露天找了這個http://goods.ruten.com.tw/item/show?21435042089390#auc
看起來東西還好，價格普通。顏色也剛好是我想要的紫色
面交看到賣家還在使用中，以為手機沒什麼大問題，沒有認真檢查

事後經友人提醒檢查防水試紙就發現它已經紅通通了
拿去神腦送修，想說請他們檢查氣密有無問題
這才收到神腦通知說這隻手機7/26泡水報價18425維修後才做氣密檢測
聽到這樣也就只能乖乖拿回來去跟賣家退貨
只是再也聯絡不上賣家了......

不知道版上有沒有類似經驗的大大可以提供一些意見，謝謝
