我在85xx跟遊戲上的玩家交易我賣的是第3方程式
我當初賣的時候我東西已經交給他她賴在領收商品那邊
所以我沒拿到錢後來我賣給他的第3方程式不能用了
所以就表示我給他的東西是不能用我也沒拿到錢
後來他又打電話跟我說因為我給他的第3方程式害他的帳號被停用了 (被鎖障)
他說要告我詐欺跟妨害電腦使用罪請問告的成嗎?
