臺北名鞋館評價?

最近想買鞋子，剛好在網路上看到一家叫"臺北名鞋館"的網拍，賣得都是一些名牌鞋但是比起實體店面的價格，它賣的便宜太多了，害我有點擔心ˊˋ
想請問各位大大，這家賣得是正版的鞋嗎？

假如撇開是不是正版的問題
另外我還有去查他們的評價，雖然不多，但都是負面的
都是商品實體與網站上的照片不符.鞋子寄錯尺碼或是鞋子顏色寄錯等
但是買家跟客服聯繫，客服都沒有回應或是換貨的商品遲遲沒有收到之類的
請問"臺北名鞋館"賣的鞋子，它的實體跟網站上的照片差很多嗎?
