請問一下 今天去遠傳門市續約IPHONE6 PLUS

我是選用資費999的方案
但門市人員跟我說還要加影城加值服務299
所以月租會變999+299

門市人員跟我說影城299是"這一期"增加的新方案,強制要+

想請問一下,影城的加值服務,是一定要加嗎?
還是他們為了促銷而說謊要詐騙我= = ?
