先消毒 : 本文只是個國中生問的問題 非實際發生的事件!!! 然後 這位國中小朋友家裡正好是賣豬肉的... ------------- 若一位豬肉攤商出來選民代 競選期間 這位肉販候選人跟大家承諾 "若他當選 將提供大家低廉的豬肉" 而做法是肉販以自家店面販賣 "成本價"的豬肉給一般民眾 (註:市價的5-7折) ------- 小朋友問 若候選人以"做義工"的形式 犧牲販賣的利潤及自己的時間 以"成本價"賣給選民 這樣算賄選嗎!? ----- 個人感覺好像在模糊地帶...有道德瑕疵 可算賄選(有價差)又不算賄選(犧牲無形的利潤跟時間) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 59.115.10.20 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/ask/M.1417873051.A.CB9.html ※ 編輯: carton (59.115.10.20), 12/06/2014 21:41:27
