標題[問題] 勞健保問題(雇主)

目前是經營傳統早餐店,原本是夫妻經營 早餐店有稅籍登記繳稅,夫妻是國民年金+健保(1+2人掛於市公所) 目前打算聘請正職員工1名,且想幫員工辦理勞保+健保 目前了解若成立投保單位,負責人須強制投保健保於公司下,勞保則沒有強制 想針對負責人勞健保部分提出我的疑問: 1.負責人能否繼續保國民年金,只幫員工加保勞保就好? 2.負責人如在自己公司投保勞保,可否用最低工資19273元申報就好? 還是要強制和健保薪資部分一樣以34800元投保? 3.負責人眷屬健保部分可否移至工會納保?還是有其他更省錢的辦法? 感謝有經驗的前輩回答我的疑問~~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 36.231.164.17 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1418014628.A.D79.html
