標題[問題] win8.1輸入法不見，求救！

各位版友好我的筆電更新win8.1後輸入法就突然消失了完全不能打中文用版上找的regedit或是ctfmon 都沒有辦法讓輸入法出現在桌面輸入法只有開機後要登入使用者時才會出現 http://i.imgur.com/yOcln1L.jpg
