請問在普吉島的各位棧友，海灘上的遮陽傘和海灘椅禁令是否仍有效？沒有遮陽傘在海邊就無法待久，很快就曬傷，如不想買全新的在當地是否可有地方可以短期租用？請知道實際狀況的朋友提供最新資訊，謝謝。
