背景提要: 我28歲國立科大商科畢業，之前的工作是業務助理，現在育有一子(1歲)，原本是全職媽媽，現在即將送托嬰中心，老公是常態性加班(含假日)的行銷部，公婆與娘家爸媽都不在居住地。 A. 學校專案助理朝8晚5，偶爾有加班，一年約有15天需出差，照國科會發薪31k,年終1.5個月。 B.資訊服務業助理業務大規模公司，福利制度完善，朝9晚6,偶爾有加班或公司聚會，產業是原po沒接觸過的領域，為儲備業務或內勤業務，較具挑戰，起薪約28k,年終0.5個月~2.5個月不等，未來有機會正式轉為業務人員。發展前景而言似乎做助理業務較有機會，但是以兼顧寶寶生活品質而言似乎在學界較安穩。其實我希望以後能夠有一份可以一展所長的工作，至少有個安穩收入的來源。不知道大家會怎麼建議呢？ -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.248.227.231 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1418804992.A.B06.html
