雞蛋糕的做法

請問一下各位高手

在家自己式做的雞蛋糕 位甚麼不會跟外面賣的一樣澎起來

起鍋時會馬上縮下去

我用的配方如下

雞蛋 3 顆

砂糖65克

低筋100克

中筋 50克

泡打 1/4小匙

奶香一茶匙

香草 1/2

水11大匙

鹽1/4

地瓜粉1大匙

玉米粉1大匙

請問一下哪裡出了問題
