S5黑屏送修重灌

我的S5摔過一次就不時黑屏
有時把手機放桌上手力稍重一點就黑屏黃線
或者是拆背蓋、裝保護套都會導致黑屏
但只要壓一壓拍一拍手機螢幕又顯示了
最近想趁手機還在保固內送修
但震旦說送修手機會重灌
我的疑問是我的手機不是螢幕有問題嗎
為什麼要重灌呀？可以不重灌嗎？
那在保固內修手機要錢嗎？
手機所有資料複製也包括下載的程式軟體嗎？還是要重新下載?
