檔案總管跟右鍵打不開

昨天我因為其他電腦問題用msconfig把全部程式關掉後，再將電腦正常打開，檔案總管跟右鍵、資料夾還有儲存時的視窗全部都直接跳掉，然後我再用msconfig的診斷模式打開檔案總管，跳出了
0x98841886指令參考的0x0c107240記憶體。該記憶體不能為written。
的視窗，我用了網路上其他與上面視窗相關的方法還是沒能解決。

求各位大大幫忙QAQ
