柯文哲：新警局長須先解決勤務加給

台北市長柯文哲上午主持台北市警察局長交接典禮，指示新任局長邱豐光上任第一件事，馬上處理警察勤務加給問題，儘速在1月20日之前，與內政部達成協議，並強調治安和交通是警察最重要的工作。

柯文哲說，台北市的治安狀況，過去幾年看起來還好，搶案破案率百分之百，無重大暴力犯罪和搶案，但從統計數字來看，刑事和詐欺案件，從民國101年逐年上升，罪犯型態傾向智慧型犯罪，市警局應提出分析，用各種方法給台北市民最良好的治安環境。

柯文哲要求，新任警察局長交接後，一個月內對刑事、詐欺案件增加，提出分析和解決方案。
