​北市府：1999考慮縮為前5分鐘免費

不少民眾濫用1999市民當家熱線，讓市長柯文哲考慮評估收費的可行性。台北市長柯文哲今出席市政會議會後記者會表示，1999改革是研考會重大工程，未來會將所有陳情方式做一個整合，並將意見存到一個共同資料庫，讓大家能非常容易擷取裡頭相關資料。

《中國時報》今報導，柯文哲正評估1999是否要改為收費。研考會主委陳銘薰今表示，1999改收費制的報導和事實有很大出入，目前1999僅考慮由目前10分鐘免費，改為5分鐘免費的做法，但目前尚未定案，但可以確定是的，未來1999會提供更方便的管道，也就是將話務、網路與遞件做一個整合，這樣能方便承辦人員用更好的方式做處理與分析。

陳銘薰說，這些資料未來都會整合在一個資料庫裡頭，並讓大家很容易去擷取相關資料，符合公開政府公開資料的需求。(陳思豪／台北報導)
