標題[請益] 試用期3個月，有算年終嗎??

2014年7月剛進一家新公司 7、8、9月份屬於試用期 年終應該是2月就會發了?? 正常來講已經待了7、8、9、10、11、12、1 領到的年終是7/12 ，還是 4/12 ???? --

我們公司跟我說試用期3個月，1個月年終給1000塊，所以我只能領3000多塊....?? 這間公司還是上市公司，世界第1的產業，獲利創30年新高，聽到你會吐血嗎??
