住公寓好還是透天好?

最近快結婚了從小到大都是住透天爬上爬下慣了

公寓有分無電梯的公寓跟有電梯的又有分有警衛管委會的跟沒有警衛的

個人是比較喜歡住公寓感覺比較隱密跟有安全感

但公寓就怕出入複雜還有不好的鄰居跟有管委會會被管來管去的?

好處就是方便便宜有安全感

請問各位住過公寓跟透天的看法呢?
