魯弟前年在中和買了一間二手公寓今天有學妹問我說她有(公司)客戶想在新北市設戶籍問我有沒有興趣讓她的客戶設戶籍我問了原因原來是她客戶的房東不讓設戶籍但客戶想報租賃所得所以需另外找地址... 她說她的客戶可以每個月給我3,000元當報酬但等到報稅我就變成房東會有多一筆房租所得要報學妹是跟我保證說這絕對合法而且算下來我一定還是賺而且平常也只是幫忙轉信不會打擾我的生活不知版上先進的意見如何? 不知這樣會不會有什麼問題? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 203.69.34.121 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/home-sale/M.1423059239.A.928.html
