美盼4月前開使館　古巴堅持先刪名單

美國政府向古巴當局施壓，希望能在今年4月前在哈瓦那開啟大使館，但古巴堅持美國應首先將古巴從支持恐怖組織的國家名單上移除。 　　

古巴拒絕美國設立使館，可能會讓兩國間的談判變得更加複雜，美國政府表示正催促官員快馬加鞭，將古巴從名單上移除，但最快也要在今年6月，甚至更久的時間。

美國急切希望在今年4月在巴拿馬舉行的美洲峰會前，與古巴恢復外交關係，屆時美國總統歐巴馬將和古巴領導人勞爾卡斯楚會面，這將是兩人繼2013年以來的首次會面。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
