雄院審正義油案開庭超過4小時

高雄地院審理正義黑心油案，今傳喚鑫好公司負責人吳容合、上游地下豬油廠商林姓男子、楊姓男子、石姓男子和正義前承辦人江姓男子作證，下午2點開庭，正義代董事長何育仁、採購胡金忞和油商林明忠等3名在押被告也出庭，合議庭審理至下午6點半左右稍作休息半小時，開庭已逾4小時，預計下午7點10分再開庭審理，訊問正義前承辦人江姓男子。

何育仁辯護律師表示，今將再提具保。全案目前仍由高雄地院開庭審理中。
