朋友沒ptt帳號，幫忙代PO 大家好，弱弱小弟前中段私立碩。 因為大學成績不理想找研替找的很辛苦，還發生兩次面試主管認為研究所表現不錯pass了。 錄取後人資都在跑offer流程了，卻被上頭大老闆擋下來...... 目前找到幾家口頭offer，但除了英華達外都不考慮，所以放棄了。 想詢問大家的意見，是直接簽offer了，或是放棄繼續找，或是拼人品抽替代役之類的。 公司 英華達 部門 RF 工時 9:00~17:00 薪水 N*14 (不保證) 加班+48h 月+10k 出差 一年三個月以下 工作性質 穿戴式產品RF(OEM/ODM) 優點: 工時正常，學姊可幫忙介紹在同部門的朋友。 缺點: 練功經驗值，似乎不高?????? 因為學歷不怎麼樣，研替想以練功為主，因此很猶豫...... 不過經歷兩次錄取後被大老闆打槍的體驗，感覺憑自己的學歷，似乎也很難繼續找更好的..... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 36.234.221.214 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1423279553.A.72B.html
