被控洩密黃世銘1年3月定讞

（中央社記者劉世怡台北12日電）前最高法院檢察署檢察總長黃世銘被控洩密案，一審判刑1年2月，經上訴，台灣高等法院今天宣判，依違反通訊保障及監察法等三罪判1年3月，得易科罰金全案定讞。

黃世銘未到庭聆判。

黃世銘被控在民國102年9月5日司法關說案簽結前就向總統馬英九等人報告，一審被依洩密、違反通保法等罪判刑1年2月，得易科罰金，成為司法史上首位因刑案被判刑的檢察總長。

黃世銘後來辭檢察總長職務，調任為最高檢主任檢察官，今年1月6日退休。1040212
