玩網路遊戲會頓頓的 .. 電腦配備該升級嗎?

我在玩網路遊戲幻想神域的時候自己完都很順畫面也不錯，但是到多人副本像是五人就好，特效一出就開始頓...不是網路的LAG，是那種畫面有點格跳的感覺，我把畫值調到最低也一樣....朋友用跟我一樣的顯卡一樣的記憶體卻比不會有這種狀況..請問有甚麼辦法解決這情況..？
(WIN7作業系統重灌過、遊戲重灌過)

先PO下配備

主機板：ASROCK G41C-GS
CPU：Intel(R) Core(TM)2Quad CPU Q8200 @2.33Ghz
顯示卡：NVIDIA GeForce GTX650 TI
記憶體：DDR2 800 2G * 2 (品牌不同)
硬碟：500G HDD硬碟 (SATA II)
Power：420w
作業系統：Win 7 家用進階版 SP1 64位元
網路：10M光纖

到底為什麼...是有哪項配備不夠力了嗎..
我在運作的時候看工作管理員的
CPU使用率及記憶體使用率平均都不超過50%
