馬團隊核心金溥聰因病請辭國安會祕書長，王郁琦因張顯耀洩密案不起訴請辭陸委會主委。據了解，國安、外交體系還有一波人事異動，王郁琦將在春節假期後接任國安會諮詢委員。

前國防部長高華柱接國安會祕書長，12日上任。國防部副部長夏立言接任陸委會主委，17日交接；卸任的王郁琦雖自嘲「豬頭」，還好馬英九總統始終力挺。

府方人士先前也說，馬總統之所以批准王郁琦辭呈，是因為知道王郁琦要負起政治責任的態度非常堅決，所以最後勉予同意。

據了解，馬總統因此再次安排王郁琦擔任國安會諮委，未來繼續提供國安會兩岸方面的意見與經驗。

此外，傳聞駐美代表可能異動，但未獲外交部證實。
