三星Note3登錄送好禮問題

小妹在去年4月多左右買了三星note3 LTE版手機，
當時有登錄送電池座充+原廠電池的活動，
我在5/13收到電池組，
但不幸的是今日小妹要充電結果座充完全無反應，
線和電池確定沒問題，目前還是可以直接接手機充，但接座充就完全充不進去一直顯示綠燈。
想問版上是否有人知道這禮品有保固嗎?不好意思我上網沒有找到相關資料，如果有人知道可以告知小妹一下，謝謝指教

使用不到一年就不能充都快哭了 orz
