心經是自心所行見證般若實相不可說中極難得的如實顯示說.

觀自在者教導行者觀察自在.修行人若能如實觀察是名捨諸法.

通常解釋佛法諸行無常.應說 "無明至於無明盡.老死至於老死盡."

「無無明，亦無無明盡；乃至無老死，亦無老死盡」

"無無明"緊跟著說亦無無明盡.更補充說明無老死.亦無老死盡.

表示所謂 "無無明" 是指我在"非無常"生滅運作循環法則中的一環.

"無無明" 是般若波羅蜜多. 是實際行深菩薩乘境界的一時.一處.

是菩薩以不二法無所得觀自在妙慧行向究竟涅槃途中的一時.一處.
