PFI 平板基座無法使用!

我的手機頭好壯壯撐了1年多
自從升級ZENUI 之後就開始有一些奇怪的狀況發生

然後從倒數第二次軟體更新之後
平板基座就突然不能使用了!!!!!!
這次的更新也沒有修好

請問有沒有別的大大也有這樣的問題
因為我的手機在更新前還好好的插在平板內使用
更新後就螢幕沒反應了

手機又過保了
發生這樣的事到底是誰要負責?
維修降版要另外花費嗎?

現在對ASUS真的很失望
軟體真是有夠爛的
