繼母與父親分居且各有伴侶已20年，唯獨還未去戶政辦離婚手續(繼母不肯)，父親為避免萬一百年後繼母取得房屋一半繼承權，有意將房屋處理(房子不賣)!

父親有四名子女(一男(我)三女)，都是同父異母所生，父親希望子女能夠均分遺產，而不是由繼母繼承一半後，子女再均分另一半!

想請問各位，該如何做才能夠有效的處理該房產一事?

有親友提議由我寫一張借據給父親，再由我取得房產處理權!但詳細作法我不是很懂! 可有人幫忙解釋一下嗎?

或是有更好的做法?
