[問題] 溫度升高風扇轉速拉高, 想解決但是問題在哪?

老電腦一台,最近風扇轉速一開機就升高
看影片.上網站更不用說

用了HWMonitor一看發現其中一組溫度達攝氏93度

但是CPU. 顯卡. 硬碟等根本沒有一處是高溫狀態
開側板後手靠近也感覺不到熱風
請問網上朋友們這是主機板的問題嗎?
