汽車擦撞機車責任問題

我騎機車在內湖明水路上發生擦撞 ( 我被撞?

當時我們兩車都在右線直線道上

他的說法是當時他在閃避前方機車所以閃車偏右 ( 未打方向燈

這時剛好我騎在他的右側就這樣遭撞擊人車噴了這樣責任歸咎怎麼判定?

做筆錄有三個人第一個人造勢逃逸當然我跟第一個沒有關係

之後保險部分假若是開車的人錯

他要求造逃者抓到才做賠償我該怎麼做處理 ( 沒行車紀錄器也沒監視器...

然後我身上的財務受損賠償方面我該做什麼準備

當下沒有拍照回到家才知道手錶刮傷也照了相...
