花酒案新竹瓦斯管理處前總經理遭聲押

新竹縣今年一月份偵辦新竹瓦斯技士涉嫌接受招待喝花酒，檢警深入調查後，發現劉姓前總經理也有涉案，此外，自來水公司第三區管理處、新竹市府工務處都有人員涉案，昨(20日)檢警帶回11名涉案人。

新竹檢警經過昨日偵訊後，依貪汙治罪條例將11人移送新竹地檢署，由檢察官複訊，其中劉姓前總經理，因罪嫌重大，有串供之虞，遭檢方聲押；另3人分別以5萬、20萬元交保，2名仍在複訊中，其餘請回。
