標題[問題] 自傳的重要性

小魯最近有意轉職 看版上很多人都在寫自傳求批 想起以前剛畢業時找工作，也是自傳寫的文情並茂 不過後來覺得好像並不是很多主管會看 想請教如果現在我要轉職 遞出去的履歷，自傳還是很重要嗎？ 還是我應該花篇幅陳述我的工作內容就好? 先謝謝大家 -- Sent from my Android --
