標題[請益] 二手屋延遲交屋?

於2月中購入一間二手屋, 當初簽約預計3月20幾號要準備交屋, 但最近遇到一些問題: 樓上浴室漏水,導致購買的房子屋頂有水痕及滲水狀況, 原定前幾周要施工,但因施工範圍及誰來付款紛擾不清, 後經多方協議敲定修繕內容及原賣屋之屋主付款後, 水電要準備實作好像又要再追加預算? 導致現在又在"戈戈迪" 是否拖過合約交屋時間,原賣屋之屋主應當會有罰款問題? 搞了1個多月還無法交屋,對於買方的我們實在非常困擾啊再麻煩各位版友若有相關經驗,可否討論或是建議呢? 背景條件 1.全部款項皆已經付清到履保帳戶 2.買方/賣方仲介屬不同家 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 210.61.241.55 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/home-sale/M.1427179934.A.2BD.html
