eTag扣款成功否 31日起電郵通知

高公局今天說，明天起，eTag用戶在遠通電收網站申請通行費通知，遠通電收將主動發email告知是否扣款成功或餘額不足。

交通部高速公路局說，考量用路人有查詢高速公路通行明細需求，已督導遠通電收完成相關規劃。

根據遠通電收完成的規劃，明天起，已申請儲值帳戶及密碼的eTag用戶，在遠通電收網站的個人專區，申請「通行費通知」服務項目後，當車輛通行國道後第4天，遠通電收會主動按日發送email，通知「帳戶扣款成功」或「帳戶餘額不足扣款失敗」資訊。

另用戶只須點選email提供的連結網址，輸入「帳號密碼」，就可查詢當日通行明細。

至於eTag用戶，遠通電收已提供email提醒繳費資訊及查詢通行明細服務。
