台中捷運意外 勞部：加強工安勞檢

台中市日前發生捷運工程鋼梁砸落事件。勞動部今天表示，台中市政府5月起將擴大辦理工業區外的製造業、地方公共工程及工業區內所有行業的勞動檢查業務。

台中捷運綠線10日下午發生施工意外，一根長43公尺、重達209公噸的鋼梁掉落路面，造成4死4傷。

勞動部職業安全衛生署代理署長張金鏘今天表示，台中市升格直轄市後已設立勞動檢查機構，同時將勞動檢查人力從18人增至41人，因此將要求台中市政府自5月1日起，擴大辦理工業區外的製造業、地方公共工程及工業區內所有行業的勞動檢查業務。

不過，張金鏘指出，按台中市勞工人數來看，台中市政府勞動檢查人力至少需60至70人才算完備，勞動部日前已積極要求儘速籌措經費及人力，在籌足前也將持續協助台中市進行相關勞動檢查。
