請問，我申請了臺灣大哥大續約3G轉4G 1199吃到飽免預繳方案 M8 3990元

手機都拿十多天了
原本業者明明跟我說３天內即可使用

到現在第十二天...
還是沒有轉好
打去台哥大電信問
他說因為在幫我用免預繳方案所以會比較慢...

兩週了欸 ... 請問我是不是被騙了？
