法部務禁扁赴餐會陳致中：遺憾

凱達格蘭基金會五月一日將在台北舉辦十周年感恩募款餐會，前總統陳水扁之子陳致中昨天表示，若法務部同意，陳水扁希望到場跟老朋友們致謝，但法務部表示，受刑人為了治病才獲准保外醫治，應該要好好治療，依保外醫治受刑人管理規則規定，不得從事與治療顯然無關的活動。

陳致中晚間表示，希望可以溝通看看，因為這是老朋友，支持者的非開放聚會，扁盼能親自表達內心最誠摯的謝意；如果法務部不能接受，他感到很遺憾，但必須遵守，只能跟支持朋友說聲抱歉。
