張盛和：遞件加入亞投行才有機會表達

雖然有人質疑台灣加入亞投行過程草率，但財政部長張盛和今天在立法院財政委員會表示，若3月31日未遞件申請加入亞投行，現在恐怕連表達意見的機會都沒有。

張盛和強調，積極協請對台灣友好的意向創始成員支持台灣，在「尊嚴、平等」原則前提下，加入亞投行，確保台灣權益與創始成員相同。

他說，台灣如加入亞投行，可提升國際參與，創造商機，並提升台灣能見度，為國際多邊機構努力目標，對亞投行投資與捐助，可彰顯台灣善盡國際社會成員義務，提升國際能見度。
