每次記憶體飆高後電腦就非常頓...
只是開個網頁+遊戲就會飆到90%以上
ram只有8g
是因為我本身ram不夠嗎

可是聽說8g已經很夠用了

是什麼原因呢?

有什麼推薦能夠監控的程式嗎?

麻煩高手幫忙解答一下...
