日本首相安倍晉三胞弟岸信夫訪台，上午到立法院拜會民進黨立院黨團，岸信夫目前是日本自民黨「促進日台經濟文化交流青年議員之會」（簡稱「日台青年議聯」）會長，民進黨立委高規格接待。
