關於大胖20吋濾心建議

在水塔後裝3道式大胖20吋，到廚房喝的水是RO機過濾，但其他用的水乾掉會有水垢，考慮樹脂交換濾心裝在大胖，但鈉多的水(或偏酸)用來洗澡會影響身體嗎？
通過Ro機喝的水應該就無鈉了吧？
所以想問問有經驗的人經驗，並推薦大胖3道的濾心組合。
