自建透天厝，估價細目已有，但不知是否合理。

總共7十幾坪?是蓋3層樓嗎?這樣根本無法估價，
如果那個人你信不過，那就多讓幾家估一估，
一千多萬..，我會用盡自己花了2年學的水電，
水泥鋼筋寄數，還有弱電牽線技術來完成，防水+油漆也自己包了!
我自己想蓋的房子，建材一般，支撐力絕對超強..我機械的..應力小兒科
這樣預算抓個400萬來蓋絕對錯錯有餘!..也是自己認為的小豪宅..

這樣花兩年去學得來省...600萬也是值得的!
