有些東西比較難估。

浴室兩間，泥作費用大概12萬。馬桶洗臉盆便宜3萬，好一點4萬。加浴櫃5萬。加上五金，費用在15-20萬。

牆體有滲水需處理，這個要看狀況，從一兩萬，到十幾萬都可能。要看狀況、範圍。說不定需要外面穿雨衣。

木作天花，含油漆，一坪抓5000，大概要抓11-15萬之間。

廚房地板拆修，大概也是4-5萬，要看面積大小。

拆水管要打牆、還要重補，加上可能要整室油漆，抓個10萬。

拆管線，如果只是抽電線更換，5萬左右，如果要連管線都重拉，一樣要打牆，費用就難估算。

在不定做其他木作（如櫃子、牆體裝飾、木地板）的前提下，要做到你所說的狀況，恐怕要準備個100萬。
