標題[問題] 有關保險出險的問題

想請問以下兩個狀況: 1.自己有保車體險(甲/乙/丙), 事故發生後"辦理了出險", 車禍鑑定前已經把車子修好, 保險公司出錢, 鑑定完後自己沒有肇責, 全部的錢都由對方支付, 此時保險公司代位求償. 2.自己有保車體險(甲/乙/丙), 事故發生後"辦理了出險", 鑑定完後自己沒有肇責, 全部的錢都由對方支付, 因為還沒修, 所以保險公司(應該)沒有處理. 3.自己保了第三人責任險-傷害險, 事故發生後"辦理了出險", 因為沒有第三人財損也沒有自己的車體險, 但之後對方沒有受傷, 所以保險公司(應該)也沒有處理. 請問以上三種情形, 下一年度會算"曾經出過險"的保費嗎? 1跟2的情況是自己完全沒有責任時為前提.(EX:停紅燈被後車撞) 3則是保險項目根本沒有使用到.(EX:雙方會車照後鏡互相打到) 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.166.84.37

標題[問題] 老車沒電

目前開的車是從老爸那接手的老cefiro 已經16年了吧 因為上禮拜開始有一禮拜沒開 又忘了拔電瓶接頭 所以昨天果然是沒電了 也找了修車廠的來幫充一下讓我可以發車 之後開出去一個多小時想說應該充夠了 結果今天要再發還是發不動了 這代表如果明天要修是電瓶該換了呢 還是要做其他檢查 還是說再充電一次就可以? 囧? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 163.29.113.200
